How It’s New York: Street Fair! Outdoor theater! As summer winds down, its time to wave a fond farewell to these two New York institutions, but don’t miss one last chance to combine both on a lovely September Saturday.
How It’s Irish: Irish Arts Center will be manning a booth in the TheatreMania block between 74th and 75th Streets along 3rd Avenue, and many of the theater companies sharing space have hosted Irish playwrights in the past.
Swing by between noon and 5pm for free performances, chances to win tickets and other prizes. The Street Fair runs up and down 3rd Avenue, but the theater-specific block can be found between 74th and 75th Streets.
If it’s another gorgeous day like today, it should be loads of fun. Here’s to the sizzle of crepes, the blast of reggae and 70s pop music, unexpectedly cute clothing, and NY Theatres!
