The 2020 NBA seasons will go down as an unprecedented one both in length and atmosphere; after a hiatus, then a brief play-in regular season inside a “bubble” in Orlando, Fla., the remaining teams have played as usual down to the remaining two. Now, the Los Angeles Lakers square off against the Miami Heat, with Game 1 tipping off Wednesday night at 9 p.m. EST (6 p.m. PST).

Unlike a huge chunk of the play-in and prior playoff games, the NBA Finals will be broadcast entirely on ABC, meaning you only have to worry about getting one channel to watch the whole series. And you can get that channel with a basic digital TV antenna.

Short of already having a TV antenna, various streaming services will get you ABC. Below, you’ll find NBA Finals streaming options ranked by how much they cost after their free trial period runs out.

NBA Finals streaming options
ABC is broadcasting the NBA Finals, so any streaming service with that channel will get you the game. You’ll also be able to stream the Finals on ESPN3 or the ESPN app. But either of those will require a cable login if you don’t have one.

Sling Orange – sling.com

Sling TV is free for 3 days, then costs $30 per month for either Sling Blue or Sling Orange. Sling Orange includes ESPN3, which will carry every Finals game. You’re not guaranteed local channels with Sling TV—meaning you’ll have to check to see if it comes with ABC in your area—but if all you care about is the NBA Finals, you don’t need ABC anyway.

Hulu + Live Sports – hulu.com

Hulu + Live Sports is free for 7 days, then $54.99 per month. It’ll come with the local ABC affiliate in your area—plus ESPN if you want even more Finals analysis—so you’re covered.

fuboTV – fubo.tv

fuboTV is free for 7 days, then $59.99 per month for fubo Standard. It will include ABC and ESPN, like Hulu, but the difference between the two comes down to a handful of channel. In fuboTV’s case, that means you won’t get TNT, but you will get a bunch of other sports-specific channels.

YouTube TV – youtube.com

YouTube TV is free for 7 days, then $64.99 per month. It comes with local affiliate of ABC, depending on where you live, so that’ll also get you everything you need.
