The Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns football team opens the season against the Iowa State Cyclones in a non-conference contest on Saturday, Sept. 12, at 11 a.m. CT.

UL went 11-3 overall and 7-1 in the Sun Belt Conference in 2019. The Ragin’ Cajuns capped the season with a 27-17 win against Miami (Ohio) in the 2020 LendingTree Bowl.
Iowa State finished 2019 at 7-6 overall and 5-4 in the Big 12 Conference.
This is the first meeting between the two programs.
