Taking their name from an old Irish slip jig, fiddler Liz Knowles, uilleann piper Kieran O’Hare, and singer/bouzouki player Pat Broaders have formed a powerful, well-traveled seasoned trio.
These three have distinguished themselves over the last two decades as mainstays of the Irish music scene here and abroad, having played with Riverdance, Cherish the Ladies, Secret Garden, Anúna, The String Sisters,The New York Pops, pop-artists Don Henley, Paula Cole, Bonnie Raitt, and Josh Groban and have played some interesting venues including a rainforest in Malaysia, a bullring in Mallorca, China, and South America.
Their concert features unearthed tunes, new arrangements of great songs, homages to the musicians and bands they grew up listening to, and the signature sound of a trio of good friends playing great music together.
