Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 12, at Gaylord Family-Oklahoma Memorial Stadium in Norman, Oklahoma.
Oklahoma begins the season ranked No. 5 in the Associated Press Top 25 Preseason Poll. The Sooners are coached by Lincoln Riley and will debut redshirt-freshman Spencer Rattler as their starting quarterback. OU made the College Football Playoff a season ago.

The Bears are coming off a 1-10 season — which was the last under former head coach Dave Steckel. Petrino’s squad is one of a handful of FCS programs playing non-conference games in the fall — with the Missouri Valley Football Conference moving to an eight-game spring season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Missouri State will receive a $600,000 guarantee payment for this game from Oklahoma.
Stadium capacity at Oklahoma has been reduced to approximately 25% of its normal number due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
