Irish Arts Center Winter Solstice Celebration – Tonight At Symphony Space

Join holiday hosts Mick Moloney and Athena Tergis as they bring together The Green Fields of America, Zenen Zerefino, Victor Murillo, mezzo-soprano Guadalupe Peraza, and members of Radio Jarocho for a joyful collaboration.

There will be jigs, music and much more as the best-known Irish American groups in the US perform alongside the spirited music and dance from the lively son jarocho tradition of Veracruz, Mexico–fusing Spanish, baroque, indigenous, and African rhythms.
