Washington has a new name (Football Team) and a new head coach set to change the culture of the franchise in Ron Rivera. Dwayne Haskins returns as starting quarterback for Washington and has one of the game’s top young receivers in Terry McLaurin.
According to William Hill Sportsbook, the Eagles are 5.5-point favorites over Washington, and the over/under is set at 42.
