A Mothers-and-Daughters concert of Irish traditional dance music led by fiddler Rose Flanagan, button accordionist Patty Furlong and flute player Margie Mulvihill. All three musicians grew up in the Bronx, where they studied with the late Limerick fiddler Martin Mulvihill, and all have since moved across the Hudson, where they are at the center of Pearl River’s thriving Irish-American community of musicians and dancers. The concert will also feature contributions from the performers’ talented daughters Maeve and Bernadette Flanagan; Caitríona Furlong; and Erin, Bláithín and Neidín Loughran.
