Acclaimed Irish director Daisy Asquith will travel to NYC to present her new film, AFTER THE DANCE, as part of the Stranger than Fiction documentary series at the IFC Center. AFTER THE DANCE tells the very personal story of her mother’s conception after a dance in the 1940s on the remote west coast of Ireland. A Q&A with the director will follow the film.
